Swurv · Outmaneuver Bureaucracy

Your foreign-owned single-member LLC.
Annual filing, handled with a human.

For non-US, nonresident owners of a single-member US LLC treated as a disregarded entity. We review the records behind your annual filing, explain the scope, and prepare it for your approval.

Pro forma Form 1120 and Form 5472

Missing a required filing can mean an initial $25,000 IRS penalty, even when no income tax is due. Incomplete filings and record-maintenance failures can also trigger penalties; continuing failures can add more. See the IRS penalty rules.

Move with Precision

From your records to a filing you understand.

The proposed engagement keeps a human responsible for the review and you involved in the decisions.

  1. First · Agree the scope

    Tell us about your LLC.

Share its ownership, activity and filing history. We screen eligibility, identify work outside the standard scope and agree the fee before starting.

  2. Then · Connect the records

    Review the owner transactions.

Bring organized books and records. We review related parties, owner contributions and withdrawals, and how the transactions feed the filing.

  3. Finally · Approve and file

    Know what was submitted.

Review the draft and resolve questions before submission. The proposed package includes filing evidence for your records and an extension when agreed as needed.

$1,904Proposed first-year payable total

$1,799 professional service + $105 Wyoming state/card fee, passed through at cost and reconfirmed when ordered.

Wyoming LLC formation, EIN application service and the first registered-agent year, plus the same first tax-year federal filing scope. The filing follows the relevant year end.

Proposed ongoing: $1,000 annual filing + $149 annual registered-agent renewal today if continued = $1,149 before state costs. Later agent pricing follows the then-current catalog.

Wyoming annual-report government fees are at cost and excluded. Annual-report service needs separate agreement. Mailbox services, extra jurisdictions and monthly bookkeeping are outside this package.

A few questions before you start.

Do I still need to file if I owe no US income tax?

Possibly. A foreign-owned US disregarded entity with reportable related-party transactions generally files Form 5472 attached to a pro forma Form 1120. Owner funding or withdrawals can matter even without trading income. We screen the facts; the absence of income tax does not by itself remove the reporting requirement. IRS filing instructions.

Can I use Swurv if another provider formed my LLC?

Yes, subject to screening and an agreed engagement. Bring your formation documents, prior filings and organized records. Check your existing package for tax work already included. We scope the filing for the company you have; a new formation is not required.

What happens if I missed an earlier filing?

Tell us before choosing a package. Prior years and any IRS notices need separate review and a quote. Penalties and possible reasonable-cause relief depend on the facts; this service does not promise relief or reimburse penalties. Read the IRS penalty and reasonable-cause rules.

What will you need from me?

Your LLC documents and EIN, owner and related-party details, organized books, bank records and previous filings. We agree how the records enter the review, ask about missing transactions, and provide a draft for your approval.

Does formation cover my ongoing state obligations?

The proposed formation package includes the first registered-agent year and first tax-year federal filing. Ongoing registered-agent renewal, annual-report government costs and state reporting are explained separately above. Annual-report preparation needs an explicit scope agreement.
